For the Filling
3cloves garlic
½ Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsphoisin sauce
1 Tbspponzu sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
4baby bok choy
rough chop
2hot italian sausages
rough chop
For the Soup
Instructions
Make the filling and fold wonton
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a food processor. Blend but do not go for too long or it will become too pureed
Step 2
Fold wontons, freeze on cookie sheet for 20 minutes and store in freezer bag
Cook wontons
Step 3
put in frozen wontons and sear on widest side for 1-2 minutes
Step 4
once seared, flip and add half a cup of water to the pan. Bring to a medium low and cover with lid for 5 minutes
Make soup
Step 5
add in the ramen broth
Step 6
add in the sesame oil
Step 7
add in baby bok choy and green onion
Step 8
add in wontons
Step 9
add 2 tbsp of cooking oil into a pan that has a lid
