Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil then, two at a time with a slotted spoon, slowly place eggs (as many as you would like) in the water and cover. Let boil for 2-3 minutes. Turn heat off and keep covered for 15 more minutes.
Step 2
Remove eggs with the same slotted spoon and let cool.
Step 3
The egg shell will easily peel off and the yolk will be a perfect yellow (no brown outside).
