Step 1
Season the chicken
Step 2
Cut up pork ribs into individual ribs and cook in a pan with the water. .
Step 3
Saute spinach, carrots, pumpkin, onion, pepper, peas and chicken in margarine
Step 4
Add to cooked ribs
Step 5
Cover and simmer until the chicken is almost cooked
Step 6
Add washed rice and the chives. Stir well.
Step 7
Add salt to taste, and cook until grains are soft. Remove any large pieces of herb. Strip the chicken from the bones if desired.
Step 8
Serve hot with lettuce and sliced tomatoes
