Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot that has a lid, melt the butter until it is hot. Add the chicken and sear it.
Step 2
Add 3 cups rinsed rice to the chicken with all spices and herbs. Mix together and top off with chicken stock.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, then cover the pot with a lid and lower the heat. Allow the rice and chicken to simmer for 10- 15 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
Step 4
Uncover and add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and vegetables to the rice. Mix well and cover to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot and garnish with pepper and extra parmesan cheese as desired.
