Simple storecupboard noodles

I previously used 1 onion but think it would be better with 2. This made fairly small portions, I thought, so could serve 2.

Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion and fry until soft and translucent. Meanwhile chop garlic
Step 2
Add garlic and cook a few minutes
Step 3
Pour in chopped tomatoes, let it simmer
Step 4
Add peri peri, chili flakes and more seasoning to taste
Step 5
Meanwhile cook noodles according to package instructions
Step 6
Toss it all tgt, and that’s it!
