Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in a pot with water, 2 tsp salt and a pinch of oil and set aside

Heat the olive oil in a pan
Step 3
Add onion and let it simmer till translucent
Step 4
Add garlic and cook till translucent
Step 5
Add tomatoes and let it cook till it gets soft and mushy. Push with the back of your spoon to mush them up.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and let tomatoes cook further and let water burn out a little.
Step 7
Once done, add pasta and voilà
Step 8
Garnish with chopped coriander
