Instructions

Step 1
Put everything in the food processor right out of the fridge. Process on high until smooth. Scoop 1/4 cup scoops into 12 lined muffin cups (silicone is great) . Bake at 375 for 12 to 14 min until puffed up and a toothpick comes out clean. They do not brown.
Step 2
Options, add maple syrup, sweetener, chocolate chips, fruit, for variety. Any nut butter will work
Step 3
This recipe is very forgiving. If you have 3 bananas you need to get rid of... throw them in. It will work out fine, the muffins will be puffier, but fine
