dEATS 👉 Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal
Blend until smooth. Pour into greased oven safe dish. Feel free to add in raisins or chopped walnuts for a more carrot cake vibe
Bake: 350 for 22-26 min
Air fry: 330 for 10-14 min
Microwave: 1.5-2 minutes
** bottom times reflect a more gooey center, top times reflect a more cake texture
Topped with greek yogurt and shredded coconut!
