Instructions

Step 1
Combine sugar and spices in a shallow dish. Dredge fillets in sugar mixture. Spray an 11"x7" baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Arrange fillets in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
