Cut tomatoes in halves

Scoop out the middle
Step 3
Cut the red pepper in quarters (flat pieces)

Peel and cut the onion into halves and pull out the middle

Lay tomatoes, pepper and onion skin up on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes on 150° until skin is peeling away

Put all ingredients into soup maker with chopped tomatoes and water till max line

Add spices

Blend a little then set to creamed soup
