2cans tuna

1egg

2 Tbspbreadcrumbs

1red onion
medium

basil
optional

pepper

garlic powder

salt

chili flakes

1 ½ Tbspmayo

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the red onion finely and the basil if you decide to use it. Add them to a bowl alongside all the other ingredients and mix well (adjust with a little extra breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm but not solid). Make small balls and press them down on an oiled pan on medium heat. Flip after 3 minutes on one side and dry on a paper towel after another 3 minutes on the other side.
