Ingredients

2 lbschicken breasts
1juice of lemon
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonsalt
½ tablespoonpepper
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 ½ cupsbasmati rice
2 tablespoonsbutter
2 ⅛ cupswater
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to bowl. Toss chicken breasts in and let marinate for 30-45 minutes.
Step 2
Combine milk, juice of 1/2 lemon (save other half), Parmesan cheese, and pepper and blend until it becomes a sauce
Step 3
Cook rice in ninja with water and butter.
Step 4
Sear chicken over high heat. If there’s extra marinade pour over top while cooking. Flip ever 1-2 minutes until completely cooked. Set chicken aside and deglaze pan with juice from other half of lemon.
Step 5
Pour in Parmesan sauce and mix. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes and allow to thicken.
Step 6
Slice chicken and add on top of rice. Top with sauce and enjoy.
