Hardy Comfort Pot Roast
This Pot Roast is steeped in layers of flavor. From this rich deep flavor of beef, wine, onions and garlic. It makes a wonderful gravy too. Save your beefy juice in the freezer for your next roast. You can cook this in a crockpot or in a Dutch oven.

Ingredients

32 ozBeef Broth

1 packBeefy Onion Soup mix
1 Packbrown gravy mix

sliced 2 inch
For the meat
flour
In flat Rectangle dish mix with flour mixture on all, Shake off excess flour

sear meat on until, fry for 5 to 10 minutes

homemade, with mine, and I use the beefy juices to make gravy to pour over potatoes and meat, I serve this with a warm crusty loaf of Italian or Cuban bread

Instructions
I used a crockpot for this delicious Pot Roast
Step 1
Mix seasoning in flour. Coat meat in flour mixture. Sear in hot greased frying pan. Sear all sides of meat. Pour broths into crockpot. Food process veggies, put in frying pan with bacon fat and. Little butter sauté for 5 to 8 minutes. Add veggies to broth mixture. Add wine, Better than Bullion paste, beefy onion pack, gravy pack, salt and pepper. Cook in crockpot for 6 hours on high.
