Instructions

Step 1
1. Pound the chicken breasts to ½" thick and season with salt and pepper
Step 2
2. For the wet batter, whisk together the eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then dip the chicken in the batter and then coat it with panko.
Step 3
3. Fry at 350F for 5 minutes, flipping the chicken once after 3 minutes on one side.
