Step 1
1. Pound the chicken breasts to ½" thick and season with salt and pepper

eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt and
pepper. Then dip the chicken in the batter
and then coat it with panko.

3. Fry at 350F for 5 minutes, flipping the chicken once after 3 minutes on one side.
