Roasted bread crumb chickpeas

Are you looking for a high protein, quick, healthy and tasty snack?
Well this is the one for you!!
Packed with protein and fibre this recipe will keep you full until dinner!
1x tin of chickpeas
1x pinch of salt
1x pinch of pepper
1x tsp of mixed herbs
1x tsp of paprika
2x tsp yoghurt
4x tbsp bread crumbs - any type of crumbs (adjust as necessary)
Preheat oven to 180*c fan.
Drain, rinse and semi dry the chickpeas.
Add the 2 teaspoons of yoghurt
Add the spices, salt, pepper and herbs.
Add in the breadcrumbs and mix.
Pour onto a tray lined with tin foil
(Make sure they are flat)
Put in oven for 3 mins, shake around and leave for a further 4-5 mins (adjust for crispness)
