Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes, cook them for 10-15 minutes, let them cool down and mash them with a fork


Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let them sit for at least 30 minutes

Step 3
Wet your hands and form the patties (I scoop with a tablespoon to measure the amounts)
Step 4
Pour a bit of coconut oil on the top of each patties
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and bake the patties for 20 minutes

Step 6
Turn the patties and bake the other sides for another 5-10 minutes
