Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180C (360F)
Step 2
Mix the bananas, oil and sugar with a handmixer
Step 3
Throw in the spices, flour and cacao and mix it all together
Step 4
Add some baking soda/a splash of vinegar and mix it in the batter
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips to the batter and put it in a cake tin
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 55 minutes
Step 7
Additional: make a glaze and add speculaas on top
