Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 350° and grease 9 x 9 x 2 pan.
Step 2
With beater, mix shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in mashed banana.
Step 3
Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Poor all ingredients into the greased pan. Big 30 to 35 minutes.
