Instructions
Step 1
Take vegetables out.
Step 2
Chop bell pepper, carrot, onions and tomatoes. Place in separate bowls(onions and bell pepper can be placed together).







Step 3
Mince garlic, leave on cutting board.



Step 4
Heat vegatable oil on high heat over a wok/pot/pan until warm.





Step 5
Place half of the minced garlic, and stir until yellowish.



Step 6
Dump in all the chopped tomatoes. Stir and close lid.



Step 7
Open lid occasionally to stir and check on the tomato sauce. When sauce is to your liking, turn off heat and remove sauce from pot/wok/pan.



Step 8
Heat vegatable oil over high heat again.



Step 9
When oil is hot place in rest of the garlic.


Step 10
Dump in carrots stir.



Step 11
Dump in chopped bell pepper and onions. Stir until onions become clear.




Step 12
Dump in tomato sauce. Stir. Close lid and bring to boil.


Step 13
Add salt, sugar and pepper flakes. Stir. Close lid and wait.





Step 14
Boil sauce until thick and saucy. Turn off heat. Taste and season to your liking.



Step 15
Serve.
