Roasting Tray Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop lemon zest, garlic, rosemary and chili and mix with juice of the whole lemon, salt, honey, pepper and olive oil.
Step 2
PUT PARCHMENT PAPER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TREY. Cut onions into THIN rings (they have to fit with a gap for air between the parts of the trey) and place on the bottom of the tray.
Step 3
Season onions with a bit of salt, pepper and olive oil and mix.
Step 4
Put the marinated chicken on the top of the trey (net), and bake in a 200c preheated oven on regular mode for 30 minutes and turbo for 10-15 until golden.
