Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice.
Step 2
Peel Zucchini and carrots. Use peeler or mandoline to slice them into ribbons. Slice green onions and mushrooms. Slice steak into strips and add pepper.
Step 3
Heat oil in pan at medium high. Cook mushrooms for 3-4min until coloured. Remove from Pan
Step 4
Cook zucchini and carrots for 3-4minutes. Remove from pan.
Step 5
Add a drizzle of oil to the pan and cook the steak 1-2 min. Add half of the sauce and cook 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in bowls, rice on bottom and garnish with extra sauce, green onions and sesame seeds.
