Instructions

Shake the coconut milk well then pour into blender
Step 2
Add all ingredients.
Step 3
Blend 15 seconds on medium.
Step 4
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile Put meatballs in slow cooker.
Step 6
Start rice.
Step 7
Add the blended items to the meatballs and slow cook for an hour.
Step 8
Serve on top of rice
