Instructions
Step 1
Sautee onions in butter until translucent and add garlic and finally mushrooms. Move mixture to a bowl.
Step 2
Cook egg noodles in a pot of boiling water until Al dented.
Step 3
Sautee beef and when brown add beef broth and water (simmer for about 15 minutes)
Step 4
Add onion mixture and Worcester to beef.
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp flour if needed.
Step 6
Add sour cream.
Step 7
Serve meat mixture over egg noodles.
