Step 1

Using a large pan, fry the garlic and onion until they are golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 5 mins until the spinach looks cooked. Remove from heat and add the tuna to the spinach mixture. Roll out the pastry into a round and line a 24cm dia. Pie pan. Fill with the spinach mixture. Add some grated cheddar cheese on top. Fold the extra pastry onto the inside partially covering the spinach filling around the edges. Put in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
