I make these Peanut Butter & Banana Bars very often, especially when I have overripe bananas at home that need to be used up.

Step 1
First, mash the bananas thoroughly. Then transfer the bananas to a large bowl, add the eggs and stir.
Step 2
Add first the peanut butter to the bowl, then the oats, almond flour, cinnamon, protein powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Using a spatula, mix all the ingredients well. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
