🍪3-Ingredient Protein Cookies

These are high protein cookies, made with 3 simple ingredients and no added sugar! They turn out slightly crispy on the outside with a gooey center, come together in about 10 minutes, and are just perfect for a healthier sweet treat!

Instructions

Mash the banana. Then fold in the peanut butter and protein powder.

Let the mixture sit for a minute or two. The protein will start to slightly thicken the dough. Mix again.

Scoop 6 cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Dough will be sticky! Form circles as best as you can.

Top with chocolate chips, if desired. Press down lightly with a fork to form discs.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and the center is no longer wet.

Remove, top with sea salt, and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
