Balsamic Braised Cabbage
Sweet tasting balsamic vinegar makes a perfect pairing for strong-smelling cabbage, a superfood high in cancer-fighting sulfur compounds that gives cabbage its scent. After cooking cabbage (or fish for that matter) run your essential oil diffuser to clear the air or boil 1/2 chopped apple and a
cinnamon stick in 2 cups of water to deodorize the air.
