Pork Chops cooked in a Soy and honey Sauce with Garlic and Chilli

Instructions
Step 1
Finely slice the Chilli Garlic and Shallot and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl add 3 tbsp of Soy sauce, 3 tbsp of Olive oil and 2 tsp of Paprika and mix well.
Step 3
Add in the pork and leave for 5 minutes before flipping and leaving for a further 5 minutes.
Step 4
Boil a large pan of hot salted water add in the spaghetti and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
Heat a heat large sauté pan on a medium and add 2 tbsp of Olive oil. Remove the pork from the marinade and into the hot pan and retain the marinade. Leave the pork for 5 mins before flipping. Add in the garlic, chilli and shallots and stir add in the remaining wet ingredients to the marinade and stir then add into the pan with the pork.
Step 6
Add a tablespoon of butter and stir.
Step 7
Allow to simmer for 15 minutes occasionally turning and stirring.
Step 8
When the sauce has reduced its time to serve.
Step 9
All the pork to rest, I prefer to slice mine to serve but it’s a personal choice, serve with rice and spoon over some of the sauce, lick your lips and enjoy.
