Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Combine oil, egg and vanilla. Stir into bowl of dry ingredients.
Step 3
Stir in mashed bananas.
Step 4
Mix topping ingredients in separate bowl.
Step 5
Divide into 12 lined or sprayed muffin tin.
Step 6
Sprinkle topping over muffin batter.
Step 7
Bake at 375F for 20min.

If batter is too dry add 1-2 Tbsp of milk.
