Ingredients
2 servings
Sauce
1 heaping tbspTomato Paste
or Ketchup with no added
1 Tbsphoney
1 TbspHot Sauce
or 2 if you like it extra hot
1 tspapple cider vinegar
½ tspblack pepper
Salmon & Broccoli
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice as indicated on the package.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients for the sauce together.
Step 3
Dice up the salmon and add it to a bowl with salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika and garlic powder.
Step 4
Cook salmon bits on high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Add broccoli with water and cover to steam.
Step 6
Once the broccoli is soft, remove it, add the sauce to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the broccoli and salmon into the sauce.
Step 7
Serve over the rice.
