Step 1
Chop the garlic and crush with a pinch of salt in a pestle and mortar. When it’s a paste, add the oil and mix.
Step 2
Grate the cucumber into a sieve. Push the water out with a wooden spoon, sprinkle with salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then squeeze the excess moisture out. Put the yogurt in a serving bowl add the garlic and salt paste, dill and stir in the grated cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
