One of my favorite dishes. There is also other variations across south east Asia. This is how I grew up learning to make it. Love eating it with vegetables and sometimes asian chili sauce, but the marinated beef gravy is good enough in my opinion. I suggest keeping it on the side so it doesn’t make the vegetables soggy.

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients

In a hot oiled pan, pour marinated ribeye in and cook to desired doneness

Add water to create more gravy if needed
