Step 1
Cut the potato into medium size cubes, in a skillet add a little olive oil and fry the potato until they become golden in color.
Step 2
In a bowl, put the garlic with lemon juice, olive oil, white pepper and paprika and whisk it very well
Step 3
Add the fried potato cubes and toss it together, sprinkle the oregano and the paprika adjust the salt and mix it one more time.
Step 4
Serve it cold or room temperature.
