Step 1
First put moong daal in cooker with little turmeric. Water level little above the daal. 3 whistles. Lesen the flame to avoid water coming out.

Simultaneously, chop onion chilly tomato and keep ready
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil and put mustard seeds, onion nd chilly. Toast.
Step 4
Put tomato nd stir. Then put dry masalas nd stir
Step 5
Then make tamarind juice out of lemon size tamarind ball. Put that in pan
Step 6
Then smash the daal in the cooker nd transfer into pan
Step 7
Put required water nd boil
Step 8
Garnish with corriander leaves
