1garlic clove
crushed
2 cmginger
grated
½ tspchinese five spice
200gturkey
leftover, or any other meat
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
plus extra

Instructions
Step 1
heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
Step 2
add in the garlic, ginger and 5 spice for 1 min
Step 3
Add the turkey or other meat and fry until piping hot, about 5 mins
Step 4
stir in the hoisin sauce and 1-2 tbsp water to loosen
Step 5
reheat the boa buns
Step 6
divide the meat evenly and top with the veg
