Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare badi first- soak them in water for some time, drain them and save the water. Wait for badi to become dry.
Step 2
2. Put mustard oil in kadai. Heat in up and saute badi in that. Keep the badi then in a separate bowl.
Step 3
3. Prepare besan paste by adding 3-4 spoon besan in water. Add jeera, hing, turmeric, red chilli powder and dhania powder to oil in kadai.
Step 4
4. After spices are done, add besan paste and let it cook on low flame. After sometime add badi and salt.
