Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat in a large sauce pan, drain.
Step 2
Add mushrooms, garlic, pasta sauce (I used PC Spinach and Cheese), water, and dressing.
Step 3
Stir and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Stir in noodles, cover. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.
Step 5
Remove from hear and stir in optional cheese (Parmesan, 4 cheese blend or mozzarella) and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Step 6
SPECIAL- stir in 1/2 cup ricotta before sprinkling with cheese. SUBSTITUTION - 12 regular lasagna noodles but increase water to 2 cups and cook for 30 minutes.
