I love this for an easy weeknight meal. Tastes like the inside of an egg roll. Delicious! Low carb, moderate fat and moderate protein, perfect!

Step 1
Cook Ground meat in pan as you normally would. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside, drain grease.
Step 2
Add sesame oil, chopped green onion, garlic and ginger to the pan and stir fry until tender. Added the cabbage and carrots (you can use 32 oz cole slaw mix to make it easier during prep), crushed red pepper and soy sauce. Cook until the cabbage is at your desired tenderness.
Step 3
Add the meat to the pan and stir. Taste and add more soy sauce if desired.
