Ingredients
2 servings
1 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspharissa
200 gmsTofu
1 CupOnion
sliced
1 tspNigella Seeds
Kalongee
salt
to taste
0.5cucumber
cut in half lengthways, deseeded and thinly sliced on an angle
2green chillies
deseeded and thinly sliced
3avocados
ripe, peeled and thinly sliced
20gcoriander leaves
roughly chopped
1 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbsplime juice
1 tspnigella seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Heat Olive Oil in a cast iron pan(or a nonstick pan)
Step 2
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and cook till they start turning golden.
Step 3
At this point, add Harissa and give it a mix.
Step 4
Crumble tofu between your fingers and add to the pan.
Step 5
Taste and adjust the seasoning.Add salt if required.
