Step 1
Cut and fry bacon until crispy. Strain off the fat on paper towel and allow to cool
Step 2
Layer or mix ingredients together as desired
Dressing
Step 3
In a bowl whisk vinegar and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved
Step 4
Mix in mustard, chutney, garlic and mustard
Step 5
Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is thick and smooth
Step 6
Pour dressing over salad or serve on the side
