Instructions

Step 1
Dice the salmon, cucumber and avocado
Step 2
Add all other ingredients but wait for the micro-greens. Mix well.
Step 3
Pre heat the oven to 400F

Slice the baguette in thin slices.
Step 5
Put on a baking sheet and parchemin paper.
Step 6
Faire couler un filet d’huile d’olive, puis saler-poivrer. Drizzle some virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Step 7
Bake the bread slices for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Add the micro-greens to the tartare mix just before serving.
