Step 1
1. Preheat grill to a medium high heat

2. Brush corn with one teaspoon of oil. Grill, turning occasionally until some kernels are slightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes

3. Cut the kernels from the cobs

4. Meanwhile, whisk the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil, vinegar, chili sauce, miso, garlic and salt in a large bowl

5. Add spinach, tomatoes, scallions and the corn. Toss to combine
Step 6
6. Serve topped with cilantro if desired
