Instructions
Step 1
Slice green onions (discard roots, separate white part from green part) and save for later
Step 2
Heat pan w/drizzle of oil to medium-high, add turkey and a bit of soy sauce (use like salt)
Step 3
Break up and turn/stir turkey until there is no more pink (there will still be liquid in the pan)
Step 4
Add onion whites, water chestnuts, ginger, hoisin, and finally sriracha & soy sauce to taste
Step 5
Stir occasionally; cook down until turkey has a nice caramel glaze and pan liquid is not watery
Step 6
Serve on lettuce leaves, topped with onion greens
