No Knead "My first bread"

Dry yeast, no kneed bread. Cooked in dutch oven or PMDO. (Poor man's Dutch oven) If you do not have a dutch oven you can substitute 2 loaf pans, one acting as a lid, attached with 2 metal binder clips. Pre-heating is not necessary with this method. Remember to spray interior of bottom pan, and sides of toppanwithnon-stick spray.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine water, salt, and dry yeast in large bowl. Sprinkle yeast to avoid clumps.

Add flour and mix with wooden/silicone spoon handle, scrape sides and tumble dough ball.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap to proof overnight on kitchen counter.

Pre-heat oven to 400° F, move oven racks to lower 1/3, and place dutch oven in to pre-heat.

Flip dough onto parchment paper, then slide into dutch oven,cover with lid.

De-gas, pull & stretch dough with spoon handle, then proof 30-60min more.

Place in oven for 40min @ 400° F with lid, then remove lid and continue baking for 3-15mins to brown crust.
Step 8
Flip onto wire rack to cool.
