Instructions
Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with gluten-free nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
2 Spread bread pieces evenly on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes until nicely toasted.
Step 4
Remove from the oven when toasted and set aside.
Step 5
3 In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Step 6
Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 7
Add the toasted bread pieces over the top of the brown sugar mixture.
Step 8
4 In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon until well blended.
Step 9
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread pieces.
Step 10
To make the topping: In a small bowl, add flour, brown sugar, salt, cin- namon, and buttery spread and mix until crumbly.
Step 11
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Step 12
Bake on the middle rack for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Mix the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
