Cinnamon French toast casserole

If you have stale bagels, or any stale bread or buns, this is the perfect recipe to use them up! Stale bread is actually welcomed for this! All the taste of a glaze-y french toast in an easy to make and serve casserole. Would be perfect for a holiday brunch!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Lightly spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with nonstick spray

Cut up bagels into bite size pieces and add to the casserole dish

In a bowl whip together the rest of the ingredients except the glaze Ingredients and pour the mixture over the bagels

Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

In the meantime mix together the glaze ingredients.

When the casserole is done pour the glaze over top.

Cut into squares and serve alone or with extra maple syrup or whipped cream
