Instructions
Step 1
Sauté minced meat and mushroom in a pan with onions. Season the meat and mushrooms with salt and all purpose seasoning.
Step 2
Add the crème fraiche and milk. You can add frozen mixed or fresh vegetables to your soup such as carrots, potatoes and leaks.
Step 3
While on the boil, finely chop chilis and coriander in a separate bowl. Add vinegar and water with salt to taste. Set aside to use as a chili sauce for the soup.
