Instructions
Step 1
Boil chilies, ½ of the onion, tomato and garlic
Step 2
Blend together boiled ingredients with some bouillon
Step 3
Slice the other ½ of the onion into strips and sauté in a separate pan from your frying one
Step 4
Grab a small to medium stack of tortillas and cut into squares and then fry them
Step 5
Remove them from oil and dry them
Step 6
Fry eggs in the same oil
Step 7
In the pot with the sautéed onions add the tortillas, eggs and sauce
Step 8
Top with cheese and cilantro to garnish
