Tip : Keep in mind eggs will continue to cook from carryover heat. Remove the pan from the heat before they reach the stage you prefer. If you want to add Minced Meat / Sausage to your Shahshuka, add it first along oil and garlic. Cook for 7 - 10 mins then add the rest of the ingredients as shown.
