Pork & Pineapple Kebabs

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the pork into 1” cubes. Using the blade of a knife, stretch the bacon rashers and then cut each one in half. Wrap around the prunes. Thread the pork, the bacon wrapped princes, pineapple and mushrooms alternatively on to 4 kebab skewers
Step 2
Mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice and oil totters and brush lightly over the kebabs. Grill the kebabs on a preheated hot barbecue for about 12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with any left over oil and lemon mix.
